About the Firm
Lindsey Architects is a residential architecture studio based in York Harbor, Maine, specializing in custom homes and renovations along the Maine and New Hampshire coast. We work with a select number of clients each year, ensuring every project receives the attention, expertise, and personal involvement it deserves, from the first design conversation through construction administration.
Some homes are built. Others are considered.
The difference lies in the decisions made before a single wall goes up. Site orientation. Flood zone compliance. The relationship between a room and the light it receives at a particular time of day. The way a threshold separates the outside world from the private one. These are not finishing details. They are the foundation of a home that performs as well as it looks.

We serve primary and second homeowners throughout coastal Maine, the New Hampshire Seacoast, and the Massachusetts North Shore.
